All registered users must be at least 21 years of age. asiahoki enforces mandatory KYC identity verification before any withdrawal is processed. Accounts found to belong to minors will be immediately closed and funds returned.
Each individual may hold only one active account on asiahoki. Duplicate accounts will result in suspension and forfeiture of any associated bonus funds. Creating multiple accounts to exploit promotions is strictly prohibited.
All bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Wagering multiples, eligible games, and expiry windows are specified on each individual promotion page. Bonus abuse of any kind will result in account review.
Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used to deposit. Supported methods include DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay.
Any form of cheating, collusion, software exploitation, or abuse of platform vulnerabilities will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances. All game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and asiahoki ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://asiahoki.cam and all associated services, products, and features offered therein.

Malaysian Users: Malaysian players are solely responsible for assessing the legality of their participation in online gambling under applicable Malaysian legislation. asiahoki does not provide legal advice and does not claim to be regulated by any Malaysian government authority.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any related balances or bonuses.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact details. You agree to promptly update your Account information in the event of any change. asiahoki shall not be liable for any consequences arising from a Player's failure to maintain current and accurate account information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether or not authorised by you — shall be deemed to have been conducted by you. You must notify asiahoki support immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
asiahoki reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a valid government-issued photo identification (such as a Malaysian identity card (MyKad) or passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in Account suspension.
asiahoki accepts deposits from Malaysian players via the following approved payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, DuitNow, FPX, and select cryptocurrency options (BTC and USDT). All payment methods must be owned and operated by the registered Account holder.
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are specified on the Platform's deposit page and may vary by payment method. asiahoki reserves the right to amend minimum and maximum thresholds at any time without prior notice.
Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have been previously used to fund the Account or to methods that have been formally verified through the KYC process. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. All outstanding wagering requirements applicable to any Bonus Funds must be fulfilled before a withdrawal of the associated balance will be approved.
asiahoki endeavours to process withdrawal requests promptly. The majority of withdrawal requests via DuitNow and FPX are completed within three (3) minutes during normal operating conditions. However, asiahoki does not guarantee specific processing times and shall not be held liable for delays attributable to third-party payment providers, banking infrastructure, or regulatory verification requirements.
asiahoki reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, including but not limited to requesting additional KYC documentation, verifying the source of funds, and placing a temporary hold on withdrawals pending review. This right is exercised in compliance with our anti-money laundering and fraud prevention obligations.
asiahoki may, at its discretion, offer promotional bonuses including but not limited to welcome packages, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, referral incentives, and VIP loyalty rewards. For sports betting, including wagers on EPL matches, Liga Super Malaysia fixtures, UFC events, and other sporting contests, odds are offered based on information available at the time the market is published. In-play odds may change in real time and it is the Player's responsibility to confirm the odds accepted at the time of bet placement. Bets accepted and confirmed are binding regardless of subsequent odds movements.
asiahoki is committed to maintaining a fair and secure environment for all Players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the asiahoki logo, brand name, website design, graphics, text, software, and game interfaces — is the exclusive intellectual property of asiahoki or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without the express prior written consent of asiahoki.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, asiahoki shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or any other commercial loss.
asiahoki does not warrant that the Platform will operate without interruption or be free from errors at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure issues, and events beyond our reasonable control may occasionally affect Platform availability. asiahoki shall not be held liable for any losses incurred as a result of Platform downtime.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. All warranties, representations, and conditions — whether express or implied — are excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law.
asiahoki reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion and without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:
Upon Account closure, any Real Money Funds held in the Account — net of any outstanding bonus obligations or amounts subject to active investigation — will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completed KYC verification.

By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data in accordance with the procedures set out in the Privacy Policy. asiahoki reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will endeavour to notify registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The revised Terms will be effective immediately upon publication unless a specific effective date is stated.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any change, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Clause 11.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which asiahoki holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including disputes regarding their existence, validity, breach, or termination — shall first be referred to asiahoki's support team for resolution through direct negotiation.
In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration conducted in accordance with the rules of the applicable licensing jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits either party's right to seek interim or emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
Note for Malaysian Users: Malaysian courts may not have jurisdiction over disputes involving asiahoki. Players are advised to review these dispute resolution provisions carefully before registering an Account.
